Every new factory ODM Rods and Blanks are covered by our 1 Year limited warranty** on manufacture defects. We will repair or replace your damaged rod under our warranty program. We reserve the right to inspect and determined the cause for the failure. The warranty does not cover damage caused by addition to or alteration of the product, accident, abuse, broken guides, user error, high sticking or damage caused by normal wear and tear. This warranty is non-transferable, and it is the responsibility of the original owner/purchaser to retain and provide the original sales receipt from an authorized retail store. This warranty does not cover indirect, incidental, consequential or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the blank/rod. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation on consequential damages so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and RMA#. Email to info@odmrods.com or call ODM RODS at 201.243.3343 to get a return authorization number (RMA#).
